Work release escape of Floyd Ezell

(DES MOINES) – Floyd Frank Ezell, convicted of Intimidation with a Dangerous Weapon (708.6[1]) and other crimes in Polk County, failed to report back to the Fort Des Moines Residential Facility as required on the afternoon of Tuesday, May 21, and has removed his GPS device. 

Ezell is a 30-year-old black male, height 6'4", and weighs 158 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on April 11, 2019. 

Persons with information on Ezell's whereabouts should contact local police.
