CORALVILLE, Iowa – Jack Delbert Franklin was pronounced dead at 7:44 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the hospice room of the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Franklin was 71 years old at the time of his death.
Franklin had been serving a 10-year term with lifetime parole for the crime of Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree in Polk County. His sentence began on Nov. 15, 2019.
