DAVENPORT, Iowa â€“ Jae Allen Eads, convicted of Theft 3rd Degree, Theft 1st Degree, and Assault that Occurs While Participating in a Felony in Scott County, failed to report back to the Davenport Residential Corrections Facility as required yesterday.

Eads is a 37-year-old, 5'7", 247-pound white male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Sept. 19, 2024.

Persons with information on Eads' whereabouts should contact local police.
