DES MOINES – Dana Michele Allen was pronounced dead at 12:52 p.m. on Sunday, March 2 at MercyOne Hospital. Allen was 51 years old at the time of her death.
Allen had been serving a seven-year term for crimes from Polk County. Her sentence began on Dec. 5, 2023.
