SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Tyronn Lou Mallory, convicted of Willful Injury - Causing Serious Injury, Going Armed with Intent, and Reckless Use of a Firearm with Serious Injury in Woodbury County, failed to report back to the Sioux City Residential Treatment Facility as required on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025.
Mallory is a 24-year-old, 6'2", 212-pound American Indian or Alaska Native male. He was admitted to the work release facility on Oct. 15, 2025.
