CORALVILLE, Iowa – Raymond John Miller was pronounced dead at 4:15 a.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Miller was 81 years old at the time of his death.
Miller had been serving for crimes from Carroll County. His sentence began on May 25, 2022.
