CORALVILLE, Iowa – Richard David Winemiller was pronounced dead at 6:45 a.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026 in a hospice unit of the Iowa Medical and Classification Center. Winemiller was 68 years old at the time of his death.
Winemiller had been serving for crimes from Monroe County. His sentence began on Aug. 1, 1983.
