Resident Roe fails to return in Burlington
Burlington, Iowa — Daniel Jerome Roe Jr. failed to return to the Burlington Residential Facility as required on October 14, 2026.
Roe is on supervised release pursuant to Iowa Code § 229A.9B.
Roe is a 54-year-old, 6'0", 179-pound white male. He was admitted to the Burlington Residential Facility on March 19, 2026.
The Iowa Department of Corrections is seeking assistance from the public in locating Roe. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement.
